The Morning Briefing
Below is an example of a ClearCOGS Morning briefing report. These reports can be customized and sent for multiple locations to any contacts.
Report Title
Today's Date
Daily:
Reports for items with a 1 day shelf life (prepped daily). These reports include Expected Usage and Max Usage.
Expected:
This column contains the exact number our model predicts you will sell for the given day.
Max Usage:
The most our model predicts you might sell, giving you a buffer range to help you decide what amount you want to prep.
Batch:
Reports for items with a shelf life longer than 1 day (not prepped daily). These reports include PARs and BuildTos.
PAR:
(Product Amount Required) is the amount you must have on hand to have enough for a single day.
Build To:
The amount you must prepare to have enough for the shelf life of the product.
