ClearCOGS Call confirmed

You're booked

Your call is on the calendar. Tomorrow's numbers are next.

A calendar invite from ClearCOGS with the Google Meet link is on its way to your inbox. Accept it and you're set. Everything below is optional, and worth two minutes.

Before we talk

Three things to do before the call

Two minutes now makes the 20 minutes count.

  1. Accept the calendar invite

It arrives from ClearCOGS within a few minutes and carries the video link. Accepting it tells us you're coming. Not there? Check spam, then reply to the confirmation email.

  2. Pick your one problem

The item you over-prep, the order you guess at, or the shift you overstaff. We build the whole call around it.

  3. Know your rough numbers

Location count, your POS, and roughly what a week of food or labor costs you. Ballpark is fine. No exports, no logins.

The short version

See what ClearCOGS does in 60 seconds

No sign-up, no form. One minute on what the forecast does for prep, ordering and labor.

What we'll show you on your own POS data

A day with ClearCOGS

The forecast is built from the sales history already in your POS, plus weather, local events and seasonality. Here is where it lands during the day.

  1. 5:30 AM

    The prep sheet lands

Before the kitchen opens, every manager has an item-level prep sheet by daypart: what to make, and where to stop. If sales run ahead or behind during the day, the forecast updates.

  2. 9:00 AM

    The order writes itself

Order quantities come from the same forecast, so you buy what next week will actually sell. Same numbers as prep, so the two never disagree.

  3. 2:00 PM

Sales drift, and you hear about it

When a location's sales run away from the pattern, the right person gets an alert the same day, with the seasonality behind it.

Next week's labor, before you write the schedule

Read-only POS connection. Nothing changes in how you use your POS, and nobody on your team learns new software. Most operators are live in about three weeks.

Operators

What operators say after working with us

They've been a great partner as far as understanding our nomenclature and how we operate.

Deric RosenbaumPresident and CTO, Groucho's Deli

To be honest with you, this was the easiest rollout for me, because the data was correct.

Alec SwopeCFO, D&D Management Group

In my 20+ year career, this has been the closest partnership I've ever had with a tech vendor.

Common questions

Is this a sales pitch?
No slides. We ask about the problem you brought, show the matching report on real restaurant data, and tell you honestly whether ClearCOGS fits. If it does not, we say so.
Do I need to share data first?
No. Nothing to export or upload. If you move ahead after the call, we connect to your POS read-only and build the forecasts from your sales history. Most operators are live in about three weeks.
Who should join?
You, plus whoever owns the decision you brought: a GM or chef for prep, a buyer for ordering, a finance lead for labor. Forward the invite; one call beats two.
Need to reschedule?
Use the reschedule link in your confirmation email or calendar invite and pick any open slot. Running late? Join when you can; the slot is yours.
